I had a good experience with Straight Teeth Direct overall. The impression kit showed up when they said it would, and later on my aligners arrived well packed too. I don’t think I had any delivery issues at all, which was a relief.
The treatment timeline was more or less what they explained at the beginning. I liked having a clear idea of when to switch to the next set, even though I wasn’t always 100% sure how much change I should be noticing each time.
In the end, I’m really happy with how it went. It felt like a simple process, and as far as I can tell, there weren’t any major delays or surprises.

I was a little torn at first because I’ve always stuck with my usual dental brand, but I decided to give this a try. i’m glad I did. My teeth are much straighter now and I’m happy with the results. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was worth it.

It was definitely cheaper than getting braces around where I live, i feel like the results were worth it. I’m not an expert or anything, but overall I’m happy with what I got for the money.
